Applicable cancellation fees and windows must be disclosed before booking. Fees may depend on timing, dispatch/arrival status, and disclosed nonrefundable third-party costs.
A disclosed no-show fee may apply where Eagle Eye can document driver arrival, wait time, and reasonable contact attempts.
If Eagle Eye cannot perform or reasonably replace a cancelled ride, customers are not charged for the unperformed ride and applicable prepaid ride amounts are refunded, subject to lawful disclosed third-party costs.
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Completed services are generally nonrefundable except for billing errors, duplicate charges, unprovided purchased components, or where required by law. Documented cleaning, damage, toll, parking, or other adjustments may be disputed through support.
Specialized protection/VIP assignments may have service-specific cancellation terms stated in the accepted quote.
