Independent Contractor Terms

Driver and Eagle Eye agree that Driver performs transportation services as an independent contractor to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Control and hours

Driver controls whether and when to log on, whether to accept available offers, and the lawful means of performing accepted services subject to safety, law, customer specifications, and quality requirements. Eagle Eye does not prescribe required login hours.

Other work

Eagle Eye does not prohibit drivers from using other transportation platforms or engaging in another occupation/business, provided confidential and customer information is protected.

Expenses, taxes and insurance

Unless separately agreed, Driver bears vehicle, device, fuel, maintenance, cleaning, insurance, permit and other business costs and is responsible for applicable taxes. Driver must maintain all legally required insurance and qualifications.

No guaranteed work or employee benefits

Eagle Eye does not guarantee trip volume, earnings, hours, territory, or exclusivity. Except where required by law, this contractor relationship does not itself create employee benefit eligibility.

No authority to bind

Driver cannot bind Eagle Eye or make commitments on Eagle Eye's behalf without written authorization.
