Ride requests depend on availability, service area, safety, and vehicle availability. Pickup and arrival times are estimates. Customers must provide accurate trip and passenger information and comply with lawful safety instructions.
You authorize Eagle Eye and its processors to charge your payment method for disclosed fares, add-ons, tolls, parking, waiting, cancellation, documented cleaning/damage charges, voluntary tips, taxes, and other disclosed charges. A securely stored method may be charged automatically after a completed ride. Failed charges remain due.
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, destructive, illegal, or unsafe conduct is prohibited. Call 911 for immediate emergencies; app safety tools do not replace emergency services.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. Executive protection and VIP services are also governed by the Executive Protection Terms.
Eagle Eye may refuse or suspend service for safety, fraud, nonpayment, legal compliance, or material policy violations. Services are provided as available. Florida law governs, subject to non-waivable rights.
