Customers and drivers may request account deletion through available in-app controls or by contacting Eagle Eye. We may verify identity before processing.
We deactivate the account and delete or de-identify information not required to be retained. We may retain records reasonably necessary for payments, payouts, accounting, tax, insurance, claims, fraud/safety investigations, legal holds, disputes, regulatory obligations, and enforcement.
Relevant records may be retained while a payment, refund, payout, chargeback, accident, complaint, legal claim, safety investigation, or regulatory matter remains open.
Driver trip, payout, tax, licensing, insurance, incident and compliance records may require longer retention. Deleting platform access does not require deletion of records lawfully retained.
