Driver Platform Agreement

Eagle Eye Servs LLC · 1311 NE 208 Ter, Miami, FL 33179 · 786-525-2221 · eeye27878@gmail.com

This Agreement governs driver access to Eagle Eye transportation opportunities.

Eligibility and vehicle

Drivers must maintain all licenses, registrations, inspections, insurance, background-screening eligibility, and qualifications required by law and Eagle Eye. Vehicles must be safe, clean, registered, insured, and approved.

Independent relationship

Driver operates as an independent contractor to the extent permitted by law. Drivers choose when to go online and whether to accept offers; no minimum trips or earnings are guaranteed.

Safety and conduct

Drivers must provide professional, nondiscriminatory and lawful service, protect customer privacy, follow safety rules, remain free from impairment, and promptly report accidents, injuries, threats, and material incidents.

Earnings and payouts

Driver earnings are subject to completed-trip status, payment collection, adjustments, refunds, chargebacks, lawful offsets, and the applicable compensation schedule. Secure payout onboarding is handled through Eagle Eye's payment provider.

Documents, tax and deactivation

Drivers must keep documents current and are responsible for applicable taxes and business expenses. Administrative approval never excuses legal licensing or insurance requirements. Eagle Eye may suspend/deactivate access for safety, fraud, document, insurance, nonpayment, or material policy issues.
