Electronic Signature Consent

You consent to use electronic records, checkboxes, typed names, and electronic signatures for Eagle Eye agreements, disclosures, authorizations, and acknowledgments.

You agree that your electronic acceptance is intended to authenticate the document and to have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Eagle Eye may record the date and time of acceptance, account identifier, document version, typed name or signature, device/browser information, and related audit information for compliance and recordkeeping.

You may retain copies of documents by viewing or printing the applicable agreement pages.
