We collect account/contact information, ride and service details, driver and vehicle records, documents, support communications, location and trip operational data, and payment status. Payment credentials are processed by payment providers and Eagle Eye does not need to store full card or bank credentials.
We use information to provide transportation and VIP services, dispatch and navigation, process payments and payouts, verify drivers, support safety and live tracking, prevent fraud, provide customer support, comply with law, and improve service.
Information may be shared as necessary with drivers/customers, authorized protection personnel, payment processors, mapping and communications providers, hosting/security vendors, insurers, advisers, regulators, and law enforcement when legally required.
Drivers may be required to enable location while online or on a trip. Customers may enable location for pickup, navigation, tracking, and ride sharing.
We retain information as reasonably necessary for service, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, disputes, fraud prevention, legal holds, and regulatory compliance. Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information by contacting us.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system is completely secure. The Services are not directed to children under 13.
